This catalogue documents Cyrill Lachauer's multi-media project "Full Service", the result of countless working and research trips to the American West. The "Ghost Dance" ritual is documented by a series of works of film, video, photography and sound. This Indian resistance and revitalisation movement leads Lachauer into the hinterland of the American North and Southwest between Las Vegas and Wounded Knee. He encounters an America that has long since collapsed inwardly, but whose landscapes nevertheless evoke the primal mythical power and magic of the country.
