Hans Scheib

On the occasion of the opulent catalog raisonné of his bronzes, famous sculptor Hans Scheib has created the Collector's Edition "Alpha-Tier". Each edition consists of a bronze sculpture (21.5 x 12 x 8 cm), and the book "Mimesis bronzes 1986-2012". The edition is limited to 12 copies. Hans Scheib’s sculptural oeuvre may be diverse in many respects but his style is unmistakable: the artist has always been guided by his own intuition – with constantly surprising results. Quite a number of his works originated against a mythological background and demonstrate the artist’s very personal interpretation. In particular, his more recent works are notable for their blend of colour, expressive and subtle expression and the aesthetics of the material.
