Boris Smelov

Photographer Boris Smelov (1951–1998) was a legend oft the St. Petersburg school of photography and received adoration from anyone ever connected with the art of ‘light-painting’. The name of Smelov is well-known to photographers, collectors, critics and historians of photography. And its impossible for contemporary photographers from St- Petersburg to avoid his influence.
