Alexander Wolf

A total of three subjects per XV + 1 AP in each case of this Collector’s Edition have been published. The digital photographs are printed using piezo printing technology on handmade paper and each one is signed and numbered by the artist. The accompanying book At the Beach / Death is supplied with this edition. Alexander Wolf manipulates the photograph to such an extent that the viewer no longer knows if the work is a silkscreen print, a collage on the computer or an actual photograph. Motifs are reduced to the required minimum in the colour fields, resulting in a silhouette-type colour field effect.
