Romeo Vendrame
Swiss views volume II
The point of departure for Romeo Vendrame’s photographs is the portrayal of nature, which, in his hands, undergoes a process of photographic alienation. The models taken from nature are shown out of context becoming almost imperceptible; Vendrame had processed his analogue photographs to the point of abstraction and so begins his search for memories, visual impressions, colours and sounds.
