Benno Blome was born in Dresden in 1979. After philosophy studies in Rome, he studied with Prof. Franz Ackermann, Prof. Harald Klingelhöller, and Shannon Bool at the Staatliche Akademie der Bildenden Künste Karlsruhe from 2005 to 2011 and with Richard Deacon and Christian Boltanski at the ENSBA Paris in 2009, and was a master student with Prof. Franz Ackermann in 2011.
