1984–1988 studied Fine Arts, Sung-Shin University, Seoul
1988–1990 Master of Arts, college of fine arts, Sung-Shin University, Seoul
1994–1995 assistant to Mi-Sook Song, Sung-Shin University, Seoul
1996–2001 studied Fine Art at art academy Kunsthochschule Kassel in the classes Rob Scholte, Udo Koch and Olaf Nicolai
since 2011 lives and works in Berlin
