Dahlem has landed a spaceship in the Museum and is now extending his year-long involvement with astrophysical phenomena. He investigates them without resorting to the usual scientific processes. Instead, he uses ordinary materials to develop complex works which challenge ideas about sculpture while simultaneously attempting to build a bridge between art and physics. He has created atmospheric landscapes, which don‘t explain or represent anything but open up a space for individual discovery.
