This first publication on the oeuvre of the sculptor Leunora Salihu, who was born in Pristina in 1977, provides an extensive presentation of her artistic development up to now. Salihu already started out on her very individual path early on and is still following it today: her ceramic sculptures, her spatial bodies and room installations, which plumb the possibilities and limits of movement using the principle of repeating organic and constructive form elements, are created based on an unusual and multilayered inventiveness and are already today regarded as an important contribution to contemporary sculpture.
The copious photographs are supplemented by an essay by Friedrich Meschede and an interview with the artist by Julia Wallner.
