How intensively do photographers examine their motifs? How much attention to they pay to individuals who view their pictures? The photographer Thomas Bergner dedicates himself to this question.

Dieter Huber

Austrian artist Dieter Huber's third large "social human project", WASTE, deals with the subjects of affluence, rubbish, waste and recycling. This current project follows his MARE MORTO project (on the subject of migration) and ASSETS+CLAIMS (money/power structures). Huber collected the found items relating to the theme over a period of six years on four continents, across a wide variety of cultures and social strata. The series presented in this catalogue consists of 180 + 2 individual works, which can be combined as desired in a single unit and sequence as a frieze. An extremely topical, complex theme in an aesthetically pleasing form.
