Robert Indiana (*1928) has created some of the world’s most immediately recognizable works of art. Filled with intensely personal combinations of universal symbols—numbers and letters, stars and wheels—they are most readily associated with the Pop art movement.

Dimitris Yeros

Renowned Greek photographer Dimitris Yeros possesses a broad collection of portraits of Gabriel García Márquez, the great Columbian writer and nobel laureate in literature. These photographs have now been put together and published for the first time on the occasion of the first anniversary of “Gabo’s” death.
Yeros had the chance to meet and capture García Márquez several times. He shows him in his private environment and in different moods, the photos enriched by original quotes. This large-format book is more than a photographic document: a tribute to “Gabo”, a personal approach to his personality, his life and his work. It shows us the person behind the famous novelist; his spirit and his aura.
