Martin Ziegelmüller

The landscape plays a major role in the Ziegelmüller’s painting. Yet his artistic curiosity knows no limits. It is just as vibrant in the operating theatre as in a glass factory; it looks towards people and still lifes. This Swiss painter examines his themes over a period of several years, changing them by changing his perspective. At the same time, atmosphere, mood, light and reflection have become more and more important. The more complicated the portrayal, the greater his desire to investigate the fascination of light.
