  6. Silvia Bächli
    Silvia Bächli wurde 1956 in Baden (Schweiz) geboren. Sie studierte 1976 bis 1980 an der Schule für Gestaltung Basel und an der École Superieure d‘Arts Visuels in Genf. 1993 bis 2018 war sie Professorin an der Staatlichen Akademie der Bildenden Künste Karlsruhe. 2009 vertrat sie die Schweiz im Länderpavillon auf der Biennale in Venedig. Seit den 1970er Jahren arbeitet sie vor allem als Zeichnerin mit einfachsten Mitteln – Tusche, Wasserfarbe, Gouache und Ölkreide – auf Papier. 2018 entstanden erstmals auch kleine Skulpturen, die Bächli farbig fasst.
