The artists of Prof. Mischa Kuball’s experimental laboratory Minus1 at the Cologne Academy of Media Arts deal inter alia with light and optical illusions, as well as with the history and aesthetics of spaces. Between 2010 and 2015, nine solo and group exhibitions in EG Null – Raum für junge Kunst (‘EG Null – Space for Young Art’) in the ‘Dominium’, the headquarters of Generali Deutschland Holding AG in Cologne, drew a multifaceted picture of this artistic creation. Here, the contemplation of the context of the exhibition was the central theme of the series, besides the collaboration of art and economy, which the present publication now summarises.
