Hans Kaiser
Light Spaces
Hans Kaiser became well known at the beginning of the 1960s through his ‘Ibizan diary’ pictures. Full of intensity, the abstract landscapes of the Mediterranean dominate his work thusly. Light, space and script are the constant motifs of his work, which evolves simultaneously into Informel. Alongside his paintings interspersed with scriptural characters, Kaiser devotes himself to glass art; many windows have been created for public buildings and church interiors.
The publication captures for the first time the many different facets of Hans Kaiser’s work: independent works and commissions for secular and sacred spaces as well as writings, which accompany his complete artistic oeuvre.
