Wulf Kirschner
Windows to infinity
This book presents sculptural and two-dimensional colour works from the metal sculptor Wulf Kirschner, who lives and works in Hamburg. In his work, Kirschner investigates shape: his steel pieces are based largely on the Fibonacci principle, creating harmonious series of works. The artist solders chrome and nickel elements by hand onto his works producing a lineament that transforms the original severity of the geometric steel shapes into vibrating, moving and thus intangible sculptural objects.
