He studied photography on I.C.P in New York (1995-96) and 2006 got a MFA from the University Collage of Arts, Craft and Design in Stockholm.
Johan works with both documentary and staged photography, and allows the subject or the concept to determine the technique.His work has been shown extensively in solo and group exhibitions worldwide.
Lives and works in Stockholm.
