Gabi Blum's (*1979) installations explore the borders of time and space involving the exhibition visitors. Gabi Blum plays with pop-cultural visual memories and our expectations which are never or differently fulfilled in her works: images are live performances, distance becomes proximity, high culture turns into trivial, fiction becomes reality – and the other way round.
