since 1969 freelance work as a sculptor
since 1975 member of the Künstlerbund Baden-Württemberg
since 1979 professorship for plastic form design at the University of Applied Sciences Kaiserslautern
1992 professorship at the Universität Karlsruhe; professorship at the Universität Brighton, England
lives and works in Güglingen and in Pietrasanta, Italy
